Pick-up
If picking up from AT Prop Rentals for the first time, please review these policies so your pickup can run smoothly.
Our crew will pull the items to the loading bay. From there, it will be your production crew’s responsibility to:
1. Load the truck (all items must be picked up in a covered vehicle: no flatbeds or pickup trucks). Send at least two people to move the items and load your truck.
2. Bring all necessary materials to securely and safely transport your order. Furniture pads, rope to tie items down, etc. (Moving blankets and packaging available for extra rental fee. Any items packed by AT Prop Rentals must be returned with the packing blankets and other wrapping. A replacement fee of $35 dollars will be assessed for each unreturned blanket.)
Reservation: All pick-up and drop-off orders must be made 24 hours in advance by contacting our customer service.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or call with the details of your pick-up order, including date and time.
Arrival: Arrive at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Late arrivals past 1 hour will result in holding fees of $35/hr.
Valid ID & Order #: Present a valid photo ID, along with your order number or confirmation email, for verification.
Return Date: Ensure that you return the rentals on the agreed-upon date and time. Late arrivals past 1 hour will result in holding fees of $25/hr. One grace day may be allowed if 24 hour advance notice is given. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional week (we do not pro-rate).
Condition: Items should be returned in the same condition as when picked up (items wrapped, bagged, etc). Please note the condition of the items while loading. At AT Prop Rentals, we strive to provide the Atlanta film community with items that are in good condition and camera-ready. Please help us in this goal by respecting our items and transporting them to and from the set safely.
Any production that does not follow these procedures may be asked to return when they are prepared to safely load and transport our items.

(Mileage is determined by distance from our warehouse. This includes round trip doorstep/loading dock delivery & pick-up)
0-20 Miles: $350
21-30 Miles: $450
31-40 Miles: $550
41+ Miles: Email customer service for pricing
Add-Ons
White Glove Delivery: Email customer service for pricing
Outside of Business Hours: + $150
Each Flight of Stairs: Email customer service for pricing
Our delivery services include labor, packing materials (straps, furniture blankets, paper, wrap) for all trips.
Reservation: All delivery orders must be made 24 hours in advance by contacting our customer service.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or call with the details of your delivery order, including drop-off and pick-up date and time.
Address: Delivery location and instructions must be provided upon reservation.
Recipient ID: A receiving recipient name & ID is required for all deliveries to ensure we deliver to the accurate location. Recipient is to meet us at the location entrance.
Drop-Off: This only includes doorstep/loading dock delivery (we are not responsible for placing or setting up). Our crew will not unwrap or unpack unless White Glove Delivery add-on is selected.
Pick-Up: Ensure that you notify us if the agreed-upon pick-up date and time change. You are responsible for keeping all wrapping materials and boxes for our crew to rewrap and repack items upon pick-up (fees will be assessed if packaging is not accounted for). All rented items must be in one central location for pick-up. Items must be ready for drop-off and pick-up at the scheduled delivery time, or the account will be charged $50/hr due to holding labor.

Add-Ons:
White Glove Delivery: Our crew will unwrap and place all furniture and decor items inside location in designated area (set or stage). Upon pick-up, we will be responsible for re-wrapping and re-packing all items. Pricing depends on size of order.
Pick-up or drop-off outside of regular business hours (10am-5pm)
Stairs: If your delivery involves stairs there will be an upcharge
Any production that does not follow these procedures may be charged additional fees.
